The Redlands is truly lucky to have such a diverse range of birdlife. Not only do we live with land based birds, but also their ocean going counterparts inhabiting Moreton Bay. We also live with migratory birds, some of which travel here from as far as the Arctic.

You can encourage native birds by making your garden native friendly. Plant native flora like Grevillea, Lilly Pilly, Banksia, Callistemon and Leptospermum to name a few. You may also like to install a bird feeder and or a bird bath, you'll be surprised at the variety of bird species that will come to visit.
